Any idea what that is supposed to mean? Besides a few charter flights which are done outside the Lufthansa Regional brand, all flights are operated on behalf of Lufthansa and on Lufthansa's risk. I have never seen a website so poorly designed in my life. Your call center is equally hopeless. I am totally disgusted with the absolute lack of respect towards your customers time. Their alternative offer was to book us on connecting flights with flight times that were completely inappropriate for our eurowings forum. Given the fact that we had already booked car hire and accommodation around the original direct flight times we had no option but to cancel our booking and secure a full refund. We found Eurowing's attitude eurowings forum our enforced cancellation unhelpful and completely lacking in a sense of duty towards customer care. It is clear from our experience that Eurowings hide behind the law when it suits them, but in reality it is an example of poor business practice towards their paying customers. We will never use Eurowings again and advise others to do the same given their unreliability re advertised flight schedules. We flew eurowings from Paris to Berlin. We made report at the airport regards the luggage and were advised we would have it by this morning. It is now Thursday afternoon and we still do not have our luggage!.

Unfortunately there is no alternative airline on that route. Glad I didn't wait because now it's been 2 weeks since I sent my refund request not even asking for compensation for the more expensive on-the-spot ticket but there's been no reply not even an autoresponse saying it's been received! I have never seen a website so poorly designed in my life. This is what I have found out so far; Salary 1500 euros before tax 1. Complained when i eventually arrived home. The close proximity to the lavatory area might be bothersome.
